What is a technical audit and code analysis?

A technical audit is an independent assessment of an existing application or information system — from architecture and code quality to security and operational risks. It helps uncover technical debt, problem areas, and risks for further development.

The goal isn’t to hunt for bugs at any cost. The goal is to understand the real state of the software and what to do next.
