E-commerce development

We design and build e-shops that make buying easier for customers and day-to-day management easier for you. From smaller stores to complex solutions with individual pricing, automation, and connections to business systems.

What e-shops we build

  • Custom e-shops

When a standard e-commerce platform is not enough, we build a system around how you sell. Catalog, checkout, pricing, admin, and other features follow your business.

  • B2B e-shops

Business customers often need more than a regular cart. Individual price lists, company accounts, invoice orders, approvals, repeat purchases, or different terms per buyer.

  • E-shops connected to business systems

We connect the e-shop with ERP, accounting, warehouse, CRM, carriers, payment gateways, or other services. Orders and data can flow automatically without re-typing.

  • E-shops with configurators

Selling a product or service customers need to assemble? We build a configurator for variants, parameters, surcharges, and pricing rules — linked directly to the order.

  • Modernization and growth

A working e-shop does not always need a full rebuild. We can take over the existing solution, add features, remove technical limits, or modernize the problematic parts step by step.

Off-the-shelf platform, or a custom e-shop?

Not every e-shop needs custom development. For standard selling, a ready-made platform can be faster and more economical. Custom development starts to make sense when your way of selling no longer fits what a standard solution allows.

When does an off-the-shelf solution make sense?

A ready-made platform works especially well if you have a standard product catalog, a regular checkout flow, and you do not need complex logic or extensive integrations.

  • faster launch
  • lower initial cost
  • ready-made core features
  • available extensions and integrations
  • simpler operations

When does a custom e-shop make sense?

A custom e-shop fits when you constantly have to adapt to a standard platform or work around it. We then design the solution around your processes, customers, and business model.

Typical signs that an off-the-shelf e-shop is no longer enough

The customer does not just pick a product and quantity, but combines parameters, services, variants, or other conditions.

Solution: A checkout process designed exactly around your product.

You work with individual price lists, volume discounts, dealer prices, or more complex pricing rules.

Solution: Pricing calculated automatically by customer and order conditions.

The order is created in the e-shop, then staff manually enter it into accounting, ERP, or another system.

Solution: Automatic system connections and data synchronization.

A large part of the work happens outside the e-shop — in email, spreadsheets, or internal systems.

Solution: Automation from order creation through fulfillment.

The store fills up with plugins, compromises, and workarounds because standard options are no longer enough.

Solution: Features built for your real needs.

You plan new services, markets, business models, or larger integrations, and the current technology starts limiting you.

Solution: An architecture ready for further growth.

What can an e-shop automate?

An e-shop does not have to be only the place where a customer places an order. A well-designed solution can automate much of the work that follows. For example:

  • syncing products, prices, and stock levels
  • sending orders to ERP or accounting
  • individual prices and discount rules
  • creating and handing over documents
  • customer communication
  • shipping and handing parcels to carriers
  • repeat orders
  • sales team work with B2B customers

The goal is not to automate everything at any cost, but to remove manual work where it wastes time and creates room for errors.

A B2B e-shop is not just B2C with a login

In B2B selling, checkout is often much more complex. Different customers may have different prices, assortments, payment terms, or permissions, and an order may need approval before it is sent. A B2B solution may include, for example:

  • individual price lists and discounts
  • multiple users under one company
  • roles and permissions
  • order approvals
  • orders on invoice
  • repeating a previous order
  • order and document history
  • connection to ERP or CRM
  • a customer portal

The e-shop can become part of the sales process — not just another sales channel.

How to tell it is time to change the e-shop?

Ask yourself a few questions:

  • Do we re-type orders or other data by hand?
  • Do we have pricing rules that are hard to set in the e-shop?
  • Do our people handle a large share of orders by email or Excel?
  • Do we use many plugins and customizations that complicate each other?
  • Do we have to adapt how we sell to what the e-shop allows?
  • Does the current solution block new services or business models?

If you answered yes several times, it does not automatically mean a full new build. Sometimes it is enough to improve the current solution, add an integration, or replace only part of the system.

Not sure whether you need a new e-shop?

Starting over is not always best. We look at the current solution, how you sell, and the processes around orders — then we recommend whether it makes more sense to adjust, extend, integrate, or build a new solution.
